Thank you for shopping with Vellor Sports. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it
  • The item must be in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Gift cards
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of business days.

Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • First, check your bank account again
  • Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted
  • If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at team@vellorsports.com

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if the wrong item was sent. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at team@vellorsports.com.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue so we can assist you promptly.
